In today's water treatment field, reverse osmosis system plays an important role with its excellent performance.

The core of reverse osmosis system lies in reverse osmosis membrane. This membrane has a unique structure and performance, which can purify water efficiently. It is mainly composed of multiple layers of materials. Polymer materials such as polyamide are used as separation layers to effectively block impurities such as salt and organic matter from passing through; the support layer provides mechanical strength and stability. The structure of reverse osmosis membrane is rolled, including end caps at both ends, central tube, O-ring and other parts, which are tightly wound on the central tube to form a spiral structure, which improves the filtration efficiency.

The main performance indicators of reverse osmosis system include desalination rate, water production and recovery rate. Desalination rate is a key indicator to measure the ability of membrane to remove salt. When the inlet salinity is the same, the higher the desalination rate, the lower the salt content of the product water, and the better the membrane performance. Generally speaking, the desalination rate of reverse osmosis membrane for high-valent ions can exceed 99%. Water production is the amount of water that passes through the RO membrane per unit time, which is affected by factors such as inlet pressure and temperature. As the inlet pressure increases, the water output increases, but the desalination rate does not increase linearly. As the inlet temperature increases, the viscosity of the water decreases, and the water output also increases. The recovery rate is the percentage of inlet water in the membrane system converted into product water. The normal recovery rate is around 50% to 75%. Too high or too low will have adverse effects.

In practical applications, the reverse osmosis system has the advantages of deep purification, safe drinking water guarantee, and a wide range of applicable scenarios. It can remove more than 99% of impurities such as dissolved salts, heavy metals and viruses in water to ensure water quality safety. It is widely used in household, commercial and industrial fields, such as meeting daily drinking water needs and providing standard water for the electronics and pharmaceutical industries.

In short, the reverse osmosis system occupies an important position in the field of water treatment with its outstanding performance, providing people with high-quality water resources.
