As an efficient water treatment technology, reverse osmosis system plays an important role in many fields. Daily maintenance is essential to ensure its stable operation and extend its service life.

Regular cleaning is the key link. During operation, pollutants will gradually accumulate on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane, affecting the performance and service life of the membrane. The specific cleaning frequency needs to be determined according to the quality of the inlet water and the contamination of the membrane. Generally, the membrane should be cleaned regularly to remove dirt and impurities on the surface of the membrane to ensure its good filtration effect.

Inspection equipment should not be ignored. For example, it is necessary to monitor the vibration and noise of the high-pressure pump to ensure that the outlet pressure fluctuation is within a reasonable range; check whether there is leakage at the pipeline connection, especially the membrane shell end cover seal ring and other parts. At the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to the pressure difference of the RO membrane element and the water quality of the produced water. When the pressure difference or water quality is abnormal, it is necessary to warn and deal with it in time.

The addition of chemical agents also needs to be scientific and reasonable. To prevent the scaling of the reverse osmosis membrane and the growth of microorganisms, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of antiscalant according to the hardness and alkalinity of the influent water, and add bactericide according to the microbial content, and pay attention to not adding too much agent to avoid damaging the membrane.

In addition, it is necessary to record and manage daily operation data, such as daily recording of key parameters such as influent conductivity, water output, and pressure. And replace related consumables in time according to the service life of the equipment, such as regular replacement of filter elements, quartz sand, activated carbon, etc.

Only by doing these daily maintenance work can the reverse osmosis system always remain in good condition and provide stable and high-quality water treatment services for various industries.
